Diablo III Performance
Publisher: Blizzard Entertainment
Diablo III may look like a simple game to run, but it's deceptively tough on graphics hardware, especially when the action begins to hot up. Part of the reason behind this is that it's a PC exclusive title, so Blizzard has been able to add lots of shiny stuff without having to worry about whether consoles will be able to run the game.
For testing we loaded up the first act of the game which features a predictable walk down to New Tristram with a set battle at the end against a set number of enemies. This test is repeated three times and the average taken, discarding anomalous results as appropriate.
